About WMYLC

Our Mission -

The mission, purpose, and goals of the Western Maryland Youth Lacrosse Conference are to provide the youth of the Western Maryland Area (including Carroll, Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, Garrett, and Washington Counties), Southern Pennsylvania, Eastern West Virginia, and Northern Virginia, a healthful, enjoyable leisure time activity and, as part of the experience, to promote qualities that may help them in later life such as sportsmanship, team skills, positive work-ethic, and integrity & to promote the sport of Lacrosse in the Western Maryland Area by providing educational activities in the play of the game, rules, and coaching. WMYLC is a not-for-profit company (501(c)(3)). All our Board members, Program Coordinators, Coaches, and other staff are all volunteers. WMYLC has been a fixture of youth lacrosse in the Greater Western Maryland area since 2003.
